All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. Special shipping requests must be made via phone call at (714)769-1932 before any online purchase is finalized. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Customers will receive a notification of any delay via email or phone number within 1 business day. Delays could be caused by anything including but not limited to bad weather, sourcing parts from multiple points of distribution, Holidays, and incorrect address information.
Reid’s Rod Parts & More can and will ship to Alaska and Hawaii although some delays in shipping are to be expected. Any additional shipping costs to these locations are a responsibility of the customer.
Reid’s Rod Parts & More will ship or deliver items to international shipping companies with a valid USA address. It is the customer’s responsibility to validate and provide their shipper’s business information and confirm that the items being sent are legal for import to their destination. Reid’s Rod Parts & More is not responsible for any lost items or returns. The customer is responsible for making their own international shipping arrangements as well as responsible for the cost of delivery/shipping to the US location of their shipper.
Most of our parts and accessories are returnable at a 20 to 25 percent restocking fee in original packaging/condition with proof of purchase. No used parts or accessories will be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Any defective items are only covered by their individual manufacturer's warranty. Reid’s Rod Parts & More does not offer any additional warranty on any of the products we sell. For help contacting manufacturers for warranty purposes reach out to our sales staff via email or phone.
